Landsea Homes has purchased homesites at Harvest Queen Creek. This is the homebuilder’s second community in greater Phoenix, Arizona. Previously, Landsea Homes purchased land to build Sonora Crossing, a resort-style community in Chandler.
The new community at Harvest Queen Creek is planned in the southeast corner of Signal Butte and Riggs Road. It will include 1,244 single-family homesites with resort-style amenities, including a 7-acre park that includes a 15-acre lake. Additionally, it will boast 45 acres of open space, trails, a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, a play pool and a pavilion. Development should begin early 2020.
Arizona is one of the fastest growing states in the United States in 2018 according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Growth like that is expected to continue for the foreseeable future because of the strong job market.
